Our paving division recently completed Hawaii’s largest Stone Matrix Asphalt Pavement project as part of road improvements to Moanalua Freeway. The Moanalua Freeway project was a pilot project used to test three asphalt paving products. Divided into three sections, each part was paved with a different mix to test and compare the durability and longevity of the mixes.
